Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your Fixi or Fixi Workers account and all associated data, you may do so through the app or by submitting a request to our support team.

Method 1: In-App Deletion 1. Open the Fixi or Fixi Workers app
2. Navigate to your Profile/Settings
3. Tap on "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision

Method 2: Email Request Send an email to support@fixiservices.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Please include your registered phone number.

Note: Upon deletion, all your personal data, booking history, and preferences will be permanently erased from our active servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
